Parent Teacher Conferences

 

Conferences can be in person, on Teams/Zoom (video conference), or a phone conference. Conferences are in-person unless you indicate in the special request box that you would like to have a video conference or a phone conference.

Please contact your teacher if you would like to conference with your teachers at other times of the year.

How to schedule a Parent-Teacher Conference on PTCFast 

 

Go to the Peachtree Conference Website

https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Peachtree_Elementary_march

This link will not go live until after the 1st week of February.

Pick your child’s/children’s homeroom teacher’s name/s. Then click “submit”.

 

You can choose in-person or a video conference.

Click the Spanish flag at the top for “Spanish”.

Fill in your info and student name/s.

































 

Check your email for the link.

Fill in your student’s name, your name, your email and phone number

Fill in your child’s name next to their teacher’s name.

Fill in your name, email, and phone number.

Check your email and look for PTCFast.com (check your spam inbox, too) 

Click on a green slot to choose an available time.  Click on the bottom note to make a “special request” if you need an interpreter (let us know what language) and/or if you’d like to have a Zoom Conference instead of an in-person conference. Then click the confirm button to exit.
